Function introduction:

1. Auto water inlet: water get into the water tank automatically, and with Low water level protection, if water failed re-fill in automatically, the steam generator will go into sleep model. After water re-fill, it will start to work again automatically.
2. Auto drain: with auto drain valve, the water will drain out immediately after the steam generator turn off, 3/4'' big diameter, easy to make the discharge impurities.
3. Auto flushing: after steam generator turn off, the machine will auto flushing automatically, and then auto drain, repeat three times.
4. Time & temperature setting:  from 1-60 minutes or non-stop (woring continues),35~60ºC(95~131ºF) of the steam room.
5. Light control: can control lights on steam generator controller.

Heating elements are the key part of a steam generator. Incrustation is the main threat for the heating elements.

Do you how the incrusation demage the heating elements?
When thers's incrusation on the heating elements, the incrusation will stop the heat from the heating tube transfer into the water, not only will slow down the time of heating up the water, what worse is the temperature inside the heating tube will be more and more higher. When the temperature reach some certain level, the heating elements will be brunt out. So water scale is a very important potential threat of the steam generator.

What have we do to protect the heating elements from water scale problem?
     Automatic flushing, rinse out those impurities attach on heating elements or water tank.
3/4'' pipe diameter auto drain valve, big diameter, more easy to discharge the impurities. Auto flushing + auto drain, repeat three times after use the machine.
     Water softener, help to remove calcium, magnesium,  and certain other metal cations in hard water.  The resulting soft water is more compatible with steam and extends the lifetime of generator
     Maintenance hole of the top of the steam generator. How to do the maintenance by yourself: put in some cleanser into the steam generator water tank through this hole, soaking for some time, and then use the auto flush & auto drain function to clean the water tank. (Attention: those cleanser should be no harm to people's healthy.)

For family or residential use, some customers like to install the controller inside the steam room. This waterproof controller, you can install it inside the steam room or outside the steam room.
